Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on items once purchased.

EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU may be eligible to cancel their order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving their item. This applies to unused and undamaged products only.

Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:

  • Books that have been sealed and subsequently opened

  • Items that have been signed or inscribed, as they are considered personalised goods

To request a return, EU customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
